Guys, the cookbook I shot last year is out! Called Marbled, Swirled, and Layered, author Irvin Lin came up with a bookful of spectacular, show-stopping treats. From pies to cakes to cookies and bars, every recipe highlights a decorational technique that transforms the dessert into something extra-special. Behold below, the cover, featuring the Nostalgic Marshmallow-Filled Chocolate Cake. (Yep, it is what you think it is. But homemade! And giant!)
