Conde Nast Traveler, February '18

Last summer, between time spent in Valle D'Itria and Salento, we made a stop at a masseria—ancient farm fortresses particular to Puglia—where I photographed a hotel breakfast for Conde Nast Traveler. 

Masseria Potenti, all whitewashed walls and bougainvillea, now operates as a bed and breakfast, where guests get to enjoy the fruits of the property, including oregano, figs, olive oil, and tomatoes. The morning we arrived, a worker stopped by the kitchen holding a crate bursting with apricots.
